Promote high-quality patient care.
Healthcare delivery is changing rapidly. The industry needs qualified leaders who can oversee and organize the operations of medical facilities.
As a healthcare administration major, you’ll take courses in healthcare finance, human resource management, health law and strategic planning. Your classes will teach you how to build a solid foundation in the principles of business administration. You’ll learn how to distribute resources, implement policies and manage patient information.
Engage beyond the classroom, too. We encourage all our students to participate in an internship to gain on-the-job experience before leaving college. Complete a senior project where you’ll research and identify solutions to a relevant real-world challenge.
