Leadership Programs

Whether you have always been active in student organizations, or you have shied away from being the center of attention, you have the opportunity to take the lead at Alma College.

Leadership is important to your college experience. On the athletic field, in your fraternity or sorority house, in the classroom, or while on spring break—there’s always an opportunity for you to take the lead.

Leadership opportunities also exist in academic programs like Model UN, PRISM, Posey Global Leadership, Entrepreneurs in Action and the Public Affairs Institute.

The Responsible Leadership Institute at Alma sponsors leadership programs for high school juniors as well as Alma College students. You can find the RLI in the Center for Student Opportunity.

The college is proud to celebrate 10 years of participation in Alternative Breaks, which are service opportunities in locations around the United States that students can choose to partake in during academic breaks.
