Participate in Dance at Alma
We welcome students from a diversity of dance backgrounds and training.
Audition Information
Alma is conducting in-person Dance Program Auditions! At the audition, you will take a Modern Technique class and a Ballet Technique class. You will also perform a one- to two-minute solo of your choosing that either you or your teacher has choreographed. We have both a CD and iPod hookup for you to use. If you have any questions or would like to sign up for an audition please fill out the Alma College Performing Arts Interest and Audition Form.
Applicants will be given their individual schedules and an estimated audition time prior to their audition date. Please expect the audition visit to begin mid-morning and conclude by mid-afternoon.
