Fitness classes are a great way to stay healthy. Winter classes include Hip Hop Dance, Strength Training Bootcamp, Pilates, vaulting, abs/core toning, Body toning, Senior Fitness and Water Aerobics. New, exciting classes are always being added. Please continue to check back frequently!
