The Hogan Center renovation project is moving full steam ahead. Already completed are renovations of locker rooms and athletic training space. Construction of the new convocation center, targeted for an August 2010 opening, is on schedule. Read more.

Getting more students excited about science and technology is the goal of a major Alma College project that is being funding by the largest federal grant ever received by the College. Read more.

A national education services company has designated Alma College as one of the best colleges and universities in the Midwest. Read more.

Alma College is one of more than 1,000 colleges and universities across the nation that have joined the Yellow Ribbon Program, a federal effort to help military veterans attend college. Read more.

The National Science Foundation has granted $150,000 to Alma College for research that could eventually lead to the development of more effective drugs to treat and prevent certain kinds of influenza, including human infections of swine and avian flu. Read more.
