Off-Campus Locations that take Munch Money

Stucchi’s

Stucchi's is located inside College Corner Coffee & Books

You name it, and Stucchi’s has it. Located in College Corner Coffee & Books, this eatery has a wide variety of menu options, including doughnuts, soups, salads and sandwiches.

Try one of the all-beef kosher hot dogs, or dip into the ice cream selection by getting some “Scottish Pride,” Alma College’s very own flavor. For those early mornings or late nights, we also recommend using your Munch Money to grab a cup of fair trade organic coffee.

Hours:
Monday—Saturday: 9 a.m.–10 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m.–10 p.m.

Pizza One

Located in downtown Alma, this pizzeria is owned and operated by an Alma alumnus!

Pizza One specializes in round and deep-dish pizzas, but the menu options hardly end there. You also can order calzone-style subs, pasta, and salads.

The best part? Well, that’s a toss-up between using your Munch Money and ordering online from the comfort of your dorm room: www.pizza1one.com/Alma/

Hours:
Monday—Wednesday: 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
Thursday: 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m.–12 a.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m.–11 p.m.

Thirty-four percent of Alma students participate in intercollegiate athletics. Alma College competes at the NCAA Division III level as a member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, the oldest existing athletic conference in the nation. Alma offers 22 varsity sports—11 for the women and 11 for the men—including four sports that debuted in 2011–12: women’s lacrosse and bowling and men’s lacrosse and wrestling.

At Ghost Ranch, Muskegon junior Katie Meloche not only defined her passions, she also found her voice.

“I had no clue what I was walking into, and I didn’t know anyone at Ghost Ranch,” she says. “I’m shy, but I found myself speaking out. People listened to me, and I came back to Alma with new friends.”
