A Message from the Hall Director...

Welcome to Newberry Hall!

Hello! My name is Katie Musick, and I am the Newberry Hall Director. My goal as Hall Director is to provide a place for students to create great relationships, get involved and do their best academically.
Newberry Hall is home to around 200 male and female students. There are three floors separated into three wings, as well as living space on the ground floor. The building is co-ed by floor and is a nice mix of first year students and upperclassmen. There are ten resident assistants in Newberry who provide a wealth of knowledge about the campus as well as a variety of fun and exciting programs.
The offices of the Almanian, the school newspaper, as well as the Scot, the school yearbook, are housed in Newberry. Additionally, there are spacious lounges on the ground floor and first floor where students can hang out and take a much-needed break from their studies. Hamilton Commons is right next door too, so you’re never far from a good meal!
If you have any further questions about Newberry Hall, please contact the Student Life Office at (989) 463-7147 or send me an email. I would be happy to tell you more about the community that I call home.
Thanks for checking out Newberry Hall!

Alma College’s membership in Phi Beta Kappa is an indication of excellence within the liberal arts. Only 10 percent of colleges and universities in the United States share this distinction. The Phi Beta Kappa Society is the nation’s oldest and most prestigious undergraduate honors organization.
