At the Wilcox Medical Center, we provide a variety of health-related services to the campus community from a wellness perspective.
Our Medical Center staff provides a variety of health-related services to the campus community in a clinical setting, welcoming the opportunity to consult with students wishing to take personal responsibility for their own health and wellness or seeking information for classes and presentations.
We employ a full-time registered nurse and a full-time physician’s assistant, and we also have a doctor on staff.
Office hours at the Wilcox Medical Center are from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call (989) 463-7181 to make an appointment. We offer a variety of services to the campus community, including the following:

Emergency and After-Hours Care
We are fortunate to have urgent-care facilities and a hospital within our community. Students seeking care for illnesses or injuries after hours are encouraged to go to one of the urgent care facilities such as MidMichigan Health Urgent Care—Alma or to the Emergency Room at MidMichigan Medical Center—Gratiot for assistance.
