Logo Design & Visual Identity.  Art 380/390.

We will be considering post war logo design as visual identification systems unifying corporate identities
and communication. Corporations use Logs as a way to develop an image and identity to diverse
audiences. This image would shape the public perception of the Company�s reputation for quality and
reliability. Students will learn the different types of logo design including symbols, pictograms, and
acronym style logos. The fundamental elements and principles of design will be reviewed and applied in
an advanced manner.

 

The Smith Arena, the new addition to the Hogan Center, serves as the primary venue for commencement, convocations, major speakers, concerts, athletics and other major events.

Whether she’s preparing to trek through the Amazon or wading through resources in the Alma College library, Shalyn Stack’s passion for anthropology never wavers.

“Studying anthropology helps you become a lifelong learner because it’s such a multidisciplinary field,” she says. “I can’t imagine majoring in anything else because I’d only learn a portion of what I really want to know.”
