Coaching for Graduate School (MFA) in Dance

More Details:

For one year I worked with a former Alma College Dancer Major, Micaela Church, on her Audition piece for Graduate School.
She was accepted at ASU (Arizona State) and UNC-G (Univ. of North Carolina at Greensboro). A hard choice but both schools are excellent and she will be in good hands at either one.

Frank Knox’s accomplishments are extraordinary: From fighting alongside Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders and publishing the Chicago Daily News vice presidential candidate in 1936 to Secretary of the Navy under Franklin D. Roosevelt. Through it all, the 1912 graduate stayed true to his Alma College roots. His portrait adorns the conference room in the Reid-Knox Administration Building.

Dr. Mark Oemke

Dr. Mark Oemke
Departments: Biology

Mark Oemke grew up catching frogs and crayfish, sparking an interest in the water systems of Michigan.

“I find the uniqueness of aquatic plants and animals very interesting as their adaptations to life in the water are often quite extraordinary,” the assistant professor of biology says. “I am always finding something new to investigate and the questions are never answered.”
