If your students need help using, getting or forwarding their Alma College e-mail address; registering a smart phone, tablet, desktop or laptop computer on the Alma College network; or using an Alma College computer in a lab, please refer them to the Information Technology Services Help Desk at x7303 or helpdesk@alma.edu.
Computer labs are widely available on campus.
They should report problems with campus voicemail services to Cheri Brauher (x7188) in Information Technology Services, which is located in the lower level of the Kehrl building.
All maintenance issues, including those about data ports in residence hall rooms, should be directed to a student’s resident assistant or hall director, who will submit a work order to Facilities and Service Management. Students experiencing plumbing or electrical emergencies outside of regular service hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) should report those to Campus Security (x7777), who will notify on-call staff.
