The Registrar’s Office ensures the integrity and accuracy of student academic records. Our goal is to provide accurate, friendly and efficient services to all students, faculty, staff and alumni.
Our office is located in the lower level of Hamilton Commons, and we are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our phone number is: (989) 463-7348.
Some services can be conducted online, including ordering transcripts. Within the office you will find the forms to:
- Declare your major and minor
- Change your advisor
- Drop and add classes
- Transcript Request Forms
Deadlines this Friday:
The deadline to add a 2nd 7-wk course, to drop a 14-wk course, or to request Pass-Fail Grading is Friday, October 28th
Students with 90 or more earned credits - Begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 7th
Students with 56 or more earned credits* - Begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9th
Students with 25 or more earned credits* - Begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 14th
Students with fewer than 25 earned credits* - Begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 16th
All Students Please Note - Once the registration period has opened for your registration group, the registration site will remain open for you until Friday, November 18th.
* The credits students are enrolled in for Fall term 2016 do not count toward their current number of “earned” credits.
