Alma College’s location, beautiful campus and service-oriented staff make it an attractive site for weddings, conferences and summer camps.
Non-campus-affiliated individuals or groups may reserve dining areas, housing and meeting facilities, subject to availability, by calling the Campus Recreation and Conferences office at (989) 463-7950 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, or contacting Tammy Rees or Garrett Thelen.
All events and locations on campus are booked through the calendar system in our content management system (CMS) in order to appear on the calendar and/or digital signs. You must be an approved user of the CMS in order to request space.
There is no guarantee you will get the location you are requesting until it has been approved. Requests are usually approved or denied within 1 business day, and you should receive notification. Please direct questions to Tammy Rees or Garrett Thelen.
