Highlights from the Fifth Annual Calvin Hilson Poetry Slam (2010)



In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, Alma College faculty, staff and students participated in the Fifth Annual Calvin Hilson Poetry Slam. Professor Maurie Luetkemeier performs a drum piece with students. Senior Tony Romano recites a poem. Professors Joanne Gilbert and Stephany Slaughter offer a Spanish-English oral interpretation.
