Chorale, Glee Club Sing 'Wonderful Melodies'



The Alma College Chorale and Glee Club will perform their annual mid-winter concert at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 in the Remick Heritage Center.

Admission is free and open to the public; no ticket is required.

The program will include “Jesu, Joy and Treasure” by 17th century composer Dietrich Buxtehude and “A New Creation” by contemporary composer Rene Clausen. 



The Alma College Chorale and Glee Club perform.

The two extended works of church music feature “wonderful melodies, beautiful moments and many musical challenges,” according to Will Nichols, director of choirs at Alma College.

Pianist Anthony Patterson will accompany the choirs.
