More than 325 Seniors Participate in Commencement
ALMA, Mich. — More than 325 degree candidates participated in Alma College's 2012 commencement ceremony on Saturday, April 21, 2012. U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow, who was awarded a honorary Doctor of Laws degree, was the guest speaker.
A champion for Michigan's Great Lakes and waterways, Sen. Stabenow holds membership on several important Congressional committees. She is chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and a member of the Senate Energy, Finance and Budget Committees.
