Grad List Includes More Than 225 Degree Candidates
ALMA, Mich. — More than 225 degree candidates participated in Alma College's 2010 Commencement ceremony on Saturday, April 24, 2010. Also eligible to participate were two students who completed degree requirements in December 2009: Stephen Wilczewski of Greenville and Sarah Lindesmith of Midland.
Diego del Corral, president of international relations at Equatorialis University in Ecuador, gave the Commencement address and received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree during the ceremony. Recently the University and Alma College signed an articulation agreement that will create intellectual and cultural exchange opportunities for students and faculty of both institutions. The first group of Ecuadorian transfer students is expected at Alma College in the fall of 2012.
