Turtle Movement Is Focus of Undergraduate Student Research
Paul Converse, an Alma College sophomore from Engadine, is one of 16 grant recipients from the Pierce Cedar Creek Institute through the Undergraduate Research Grants for the Environment program.

Spring Term Means Unusual Learning Opportunities
Spring Term at Alma College means the exploration of important cultural sites in China, the restoration of a Jewish Holocaust cemetery in Poland, an analysis of ethnic politics in Scotland, and the study of medieval literature in London.

 

Alma students can explore the environmental wonders of the Galapagos Islands, practice Spanish language skills, study Ecuadorian culture, complete coursework in business finance, and fulfill a South American internship in entrepreneurship through Alma College’s one-of-a-kind partnership with Equatorialis University in Quito, Ecuador.
