SIFE Coordinating Success Skills Fair

The Alma College Students in Free Enterprise Team (SIFE) is coordinating a Success Skills Fair Saturday, December 3, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at His Place, 200 West Superior Street in Alma.

The business students have tips to solve problems relating to current employment and help determine what job best fits individual talents. The Success Skills Fair touches on why it is important to obtain a job that sparks interest and passion and why now is the perfect time to determine an employee's value to an employer.

The Success Skills Fair goes into depth on how to create an appropriate resume and cover letter, how to obtain an interview, how to stand out in an interview and the type of attire appropriate for an interview. The students also have tips on job hunting skills.

The event is free and open to the public with registration required at the door. Snacks and beverages are supplied. For more information call Rachel at (989) 466-8160 or e-mail 08rlpelt@alma.edu.
