Svitlana Kobzar, a 2003 Alma College graduate from Kiev, Ukraine, has been selected as a 2005 Gates-Cambridge Scholar.

Alumnus Joins Students on Border Trip
As Congress battles over the passage of the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), some Alma College students attempt to educate Alma College alumni about the negative effects of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

More than a third of all Alma students take part in at least one performance each year. The College offers majors in theatre, dance and music, but students of all majors may join in productions. The Remick Heritage Center for the Performing Arts is the region’s premiere performing arts facility.
