Harvard Business School Professor Emeritus Abraham Zaleznik dies at 87.
Zaleznik was a well-known authority on social psychology and leadership. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in economics from Alma College.

ERP bridges administrative divisions at Alma College.
Fed up with disjointed software applications and diminishing product support on an obsolete ERP system, Alma College started looking for a better alternative. The College implemented the Datatel system and attempted an 18-month rollout across campus.

Alma hosts first home wrestling match in 27 years.
“This was a very important and exciting day,” said wrestling alumnus Greg Hatcher. “To see wrestling back at Alma College is a dream come true. A lot of people here were very supportive of getting wrestling back here and a lot of people really helped out financially to make this happen.”

Marlette honors former student-athlete who tragically died in an automobile accident.
Kyle Hall had committed to playing basketball at Alma College. “(We) were with him at Alma College in their gymnasium,” said his father. “He had just committed to play basketball there. He looked up at their beautiful, huge scoreboard and said, ‘Daddyo, I’m going to light that scoreboard up.’” Marlette High School dedicated a new scoreboard in Hall’s memory.
