Turning Ideas Into Plans and Plans Into Action: Aligning, Investing and Capitalizing on Shared Resources

Building on the Inaugural theme, “Changing Lives, Building Community and Leading Change,” the workshop is intended to enable invited participants to:

• Identify the attributes and assets of the college and surrounding communities
• Align college and community strategies for addressing shared goals and building the attractive, high-functioning, sustainable community in which we want to live and prosper
• Identify action steps to be taken as a result of the workshop
