When matting or framing, always remember... measure twice, cut once. The cost of materials starts adding up if you mess up too many times!
Mat board can be purchased at the Kiltie Corner, SBX (Mt. Pleasant) or your favorite art supply store.
Frames can also be purchased premade. Check out the online resources link for trusted frame companies. Plexi-glass for frames can be purchased in town at Alma Glass or Advanced Glass.
