The art gallery within the Clack Art Center is named in honor of Flora Kirsch Beck, a trustee of the college from 1959 to 1992. The gallery is home to monthly exhibitions that showcase work created by Alma College students, staff and alumni, and professional artists. A reception is held for each exhibition and visitors to the gallery are given the chance to speak to the artists about their work. The gallery also sponsors an annual print competition open to artists from all over Michigan. The Flora Kirsch Beck Gallery is open weekdays and Saturdays throughout the academic year, September thru April. The gallery is closed during school breaks and holidays.
