Men's Sports
Washington Monthly, in its 2010 review of colleges and universities, ranked Alma College 41st nationally in the liberal arts category—the highest ranking of any Michigan liberal arts college. The publication also ranked Alma College fourth in the nation in community service participation.

Jeff Hosler
Graduation: 2002
Jeff Hosler, ’02, joined the Alma College Athletics staff as the Scots women’s soccer coach in 2006 and has helped the Maroon and Cream grow into one of the most talented teams in the MIAA.
After reaching the league championship for the first time in school history in 2008, the Scots won their first-ever MIAA Championship in 2010 with an undefeated 7-0-1 league record.
