A 60-second Alma College television commercial, produced and directed by 2010 graduate Vaughn Brines, won a national gold award in the 26th annual Educational Advertising Awards competition, sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report. The commercial promotes "The Alma Experience," packing more than 500 still images into a stop-motion storyline that illustrates the transforming opportunities that students have to learn and grow during their four years at Alma College.

Coach Profile

Greg Pscodna

Greg Pscodna

Greg Pscodna has been named the new head football coach at Alma College. A former head coach at Defiance College and an assistant coach on national championship teams at Grand Valley State University and Albion College, Pscodna joins the Scots after seven years as athletic director at Michigan Center High School, including the past four as head football coach.

“We are terrifically excited about the breadth of experience and success that Greg Pscodna brings to Alma College,” says President Jeff Abernathy. “He is committed to developing young men of character even as he is committed to winning on the playing field.”
