Coaches Luncheon Series

The popular Coaches Luncheon Series will start back up this Friday, Sept. 21. Lunch will be served at noon in the Heather Room located inside the Tyler Van Dusen building on the southwest corner of the Alma College Campus.  

Come eat lunch and talk football with Coach Cole and members of his coaching staff in an informal setting. Coach Cole will be showing game tape and discussing this week's opponent, Wittenberg University.

The cost is $5 per person, and the event is open to the public.

Alma College students are annual high achievers in the national Model United Nations competition. Alma has received Outstanding Delegation awards in each of the last 12 years (1997 through 2008) at the world’s largest and most prestigious collegiate Model UN Conference in New York City.

Coach Profile

Judd Folske

Judd Folske

Judd Folske is entering his first year as Alma College Head Baseball Coach in the 2007-2008 season after spending two years as an assistant coach with the program. Coach Folske joined the Maroon and Cream in the fall of 2005 after stops at NCAA Division I Central Michigan University, and stints at Div. II schools Saginaw Valley State University and Ferris State University. He also serves the athletic department as assistant athletic director.

While head coach of the CMU Chippewas, Folske posted a 131-98 mark. In 2000, he finished in a tie for first in the MAC conference with a record of 41-17 (18-8). Folske retired after the 2003 season at CMU, and went to work as an assistant at SVSU, where he worked in that capacity for two seasons.
