Discovering Vocation Student Opportunities
Discovering Vocation offers seven different opportunities for students. Students are encouraged to participate in as many as they wish.
- Alma India Program: Study abroad experience in southern India
- Alternative Break: A week long service project during winter break
- Presidential Forums: Informal book discussion groups
- Student Research and Project Grants: Funds for expanding research projects
- Theological Education: Programs to explore graduate school and faith-based employment
- Vocation Courses: Academic courses which focus on issues of meaning, purpose and calling
- Vocation Internships: Work in a congregation, mission agency or non-profit
