Speaker Nomination

Goals of the Center for Responsible Leadership Speaker Series
  • To introduce Alma College students to the ideas and experiences of renowned individuals who have made significant leadership contributions in their respective fields
  • To bring diverse views to campus that will generate continuing discussions after the speaker's presence
  • To provide examples of the type of responsible leadership captured in the College mission statement
Nominations Welcomed

The Center for Responsible Leadership committee welcomes suggestions for speakers. Speakers in this series must

  • Exemplify leadership in their field modeling lives of leadership, service, responsible stewardship of resources and commitment to something beyond one's self
  • Be well-known in their field for these qualities
  • Have a message that relates to Alma College

More than a third of all Alma students take part in at least one performance each year. The College offers majors in theatre, dance and music, but students of all majors may join in productions. The Remick Heritage Center for the Performing Arts is the region's premiere performing arts facility.
