The $10.2 million Hogan Center renovation and building project includes the construction of a new sports arena and convocation center along with renovated locker rooms, athletic training space, natatorium, coaches' offices and classrooms. The "new" Hogan is designed to be Alma College's first LEED-certified building for sustainable construction. The estimated completion date is August 2010.

Ryan McNally plans to use his economics degree to help him run his own veterinary practice.
f“First and foremost, the education I received at Alma College helped me reach my immediate goal upon graduation of getting accepted into vet school,” he says. “A degree in economics goes beyond that though; economics opens up a whole new perspective for thought, rationalization, and decision making, and overall allows for a better understanding of the world around me.”
