Cognitive Science

Cognitive Science is an interdisciplinary approach to the study of the mind. Its constituent fields are Computer Science, Psychology, Philosophy, Neuroscience and Linguistics. What do you get when you cross a love for science with a passion for the saxophone?

“I love that I’m able to pursue multiple interests at Alma,” she says. “It’s one of the reasons why I came to Alma, and now, I’m a mathematics and physics major who is heavily involved in music. I play in a saxophone quartet with three music majors!”
