Andrea Worful earned her Bachelors of Music in Music Theory from Converse College and is currently pursuing her Masters of Music in Music Theory at Michigan State University. In recent years, she has studied bassoon with Barrick Stees, Assistant Principal Bassoonist of the Cleveland Orchestra; Michael Kroth, Assistant Professor at Michigan State Univeristy; and Sonja Condit Coppenbarger, Principal Bassoonist of the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. Professionally, Ms. Worful has played bassoon with the Lansing Symphony Orchestra, Alma Symphony Orchestra, and Albion College Orchestra. While earning her Bachelors, she also enjoyed two years as the Second Bassoonist with the Brevard Chamber Orchestra in Brevard, North Carolina

Dave Zerbe started playing the drums when he was two years old and hasn’t stopped since.
The director of percussion studies and the bands has taught at Alma College since 1988 and joined the faculty full time in 2004.
