Bicentenario Día de fútbol/Soccer Day

Join us March 26^th at the Alma College Football Stadium for a day of fútbol/soccer. Events will include rotating pick-up games, a skills contest, and a 4 on 4 tournament. Register your team of 4-8 players today!

TENTATIVE Schedule:

Team check in 10 am-10:45 am

10am: warm-ups and first rounds of rotating pick-up games (individuals welcome; sign up at the moment)

11-11:30 am first round of tournament

2:30 (approx.) championship round

Skills competitions throughout the day

·     EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE (barring thunder and/or lightning)

·     Open to the public

·     No registration fees

·     Although teams may register on event day, register by March 15^th for your team to be eligible for a raffle.(CLICK HERE to download the registration form)

·     Return completed registration forms in person to Dr. Slaughter, María Castañeda, or the Stone Rec Center front desk; or by email to slaughter@alma.edu or castaneda1dm@alma.edu.

-Depending on the teams that register, we may divide the tournament into divisions by age. At this time there is no limitation on mixing ages of team members

-The tournament is Co-ed. All teams registered will play each other, regardless of the sex of team members. At this time there is no restriction to the number of men or women per team.

-Teams are encouraged to wear matching shirts
