Alma College Off-Campus Studies Ambassadors are students who have returned from a semester or summer in an off-campus studies program and who are excited about sharing their experiences with you! Ambassadors are available to talk about their adventures and share insight about living off-campus with students who are considering these programs.

They can help with areas from choosing a program to answering questions about travel arrangements, arrival, living, and culture. Ambassadors volunteer their time to be present at OCS student orientations and off-campus study promotional events and help to make your transition as smooth as possible!

Talk with an OCS Ambassador!

If you are interested in talking with an ambassador, a list is available in the Academic and Career Planning Office (basement of the library).

Alma’s off-campus study programs do more than place students in exciting locales to meet interesting people; they also create new opportunities for personal growth and skill development. One of the best ways to learn about other societies and cultures is to study and travel in international settings. You do not always have to know a foreign language.
