Off-Campus Study

Find your adventure

Europe

Are you looking for an adventure? Do you enjoy traveling to new places and meeting different people? Are you ready to take charge of your Alma education and use it in a real-world setting? If your answer is yes, studying off campus may be for you.

Most people think of off campus studies as studying abroad for a semester in a foreign country. And while we have plenty of options in that category, there are also others: you can study in an English-speaking country, or in a non-English speaking country with an English-speaking program. You can choose to go for a month or two over the summer. Or you can intern in a variety of major metropolitan areas inside the US.

Ready to get started?

The first step is to decide which program fits your interests. This Web site gives you basic information about all of the international and domestic Alma College sponsored programs, including approximate cost and course options. Once you have decided on a program, visit our office in the lower level of the Kehrl Library, call (989) 463-7247, or send us an e-mail at OffCampusStudies@alma.edu for the next step.

More than a third of all Alma students take part in at least one performance each year. The College offers majors in theatre, dance and music, but students of all majors may join in productions. The Remick Heritage Center for the Performing Arts is the region's premiere performing arts facility.
