Wellness Committee: Have a Healthy Holiday

Faculty and staff are invited to sign up for a weekly wellness email with healthy tips and tricks for the holiday season. “Each year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, many of us experience a myriad of treats and a schedule that disrupts our exercise routine,” says Lou Ecken, wellness committee member. “We invite faculty and staff to create a self-directed healthy holiday action plan with healthy food and activity choices.” Send an email to lucas@alma.edu to sign up for the weekly emails.
