UPS

Students:

  • All student UPS packages are received Monday thru Friday and are delivered to the campus Mail and Printing Center.
  • UPS packages can be picked up from the Mail and Printing Center from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Faculty/Staff

  • We receive all UPS packages addressed to the Alma College campus at the Physical Plant Trower building each week-day. These packages usually arrive by 10:00 am. Next day and 2nd day air packages are delivered to staff, faculty, and administrators along with any regular ground mail, by 1:30pm each day. These will be delivered to your assigned work facility. Faculty may receive smaller packages at the SAC mail room.
  • We would ask that when ordering your materials, equipment, etc... to please mark "attention to" your name, department, and requisition or PO number, so that we may expedite delivery to you.
