Football Offensive Coordinator (Full-Time)

Job Summary: The applicant’s primary responsibility will be to assist the head coach on the offensive side for the football program, including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting qualified student-athletes, fund raising, camps, developing practice schedules, building community support for the program, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, and having knowledge of applicable NCAA rules. Also serves as an instructor for Exercise and Health Studies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required but master’s degree preferred. Minimum of four years of coaching experience at the collegiate level or demonstrated successful head coaching experience on the high school level as well as the educational background and expertise to teach college-level courses. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, possess excellent written and oral skills, have knowledge of computer applications and organizational abilities. Candidates must be knowledgeable of event planning and campus, financial management and recruiting. Candidates must demonstrate commitment or experience working with diverse populations. Candidates must be able to work weekends and evenings and travel.
