Part-Time Visiting Instructor

The department of Sociology and Anthropology invites applicants for a part-time Visiting Instructor of Cultural Anthropology.  This position will be for Winter Term  (January - April) 2009.  We seek a person to teach one section each of four field "Introduction to Anthropology" and "Introduction to Cultural Anthropology" courses.  Ph.D. or ABD in Cultural Anthropology and demonstrated ability to teach intoductory courses are required.  Send application letter along with curriculum vitae, contact information for three professional references, unofficial graduate transcripts and sample teaching evaluations to:  Mary Theresa Bonhage-Freund, Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Alma College, 614 West Superior Street, Alma, MI 48801.
