Career Planning Coordinator

Alma College seeks applicants to expand academic support and career services.  The career planning coordinator will coordinate with other academic units to assist students to integrate academic experiences with career and graduate school planning, including internships, scholarships, and off-campus studies; will develop resources and workshops; coordinate senior class programming; assist students in resume, portfolio development and mock interviews. 

Required qualifications are a Masters degree plus experience in career and placement services, preferably in higher education.  Applicants should submit a cover letter specifying the position sought, a resume or vitae, and contact information for three professional references to: Transitions Search Committee, c/o Michael Selmon, Provost, Alma College, 614 W. Superior St., Alma, MI  48801.  Review of applications will begin June 20, 2007.  Desired start date is August 1, 2007.
