Business Administration

Alma College is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Accounting (rank dependent upon qualifications and experience) beginning Fall 2006.  The successful candidate will teach courses in Principles of Accounting (both Financial and Managerial), Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting and Auditing.  In addition, an ability to teach Basic Finance or other Accounting courses like Individual Income Taxation and Business Taxation courses is highly desirable, as is a willingness to teach overseas during our one-month Spring Term.  Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.

Students learn important leadership principles for the 21st century from internationally recognized speakers like Madeleine Albright and Vicente Fox and by participating in international study opportunities through inventive programs like the Center for Responsible Leadership and the Posey Global Leadership Fellows Program.
