Admissions Representative

Alma College, a private liberal arts university of 1300 students located in the heart of Michigan, is seeking a highly motivated, student-centered individual for the position of Admissions Representative.

All candidates must possess the ability to interact with diverse groups of people and cultural backgrounds. Candidates must also present strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, be self-motivated, be willing to travel, and have a valid drivers license. Responsibilities include recruitment of first-year students and other duties depending on the skills and needs of the office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Strong interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent writing skills
  4. Substantial organizational skills
  5. Self-motivation

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Previous recruitment experience or admissions work
  2. Previous liberal arts experience
