Strosacker Collaborative Learning Center - SAC 311

The Strosacker lab provides faculty and faculty-sponsored students with professional-quality tools for web and print design as well as digital audio/video editing. The lab features eight Macintosh computer stations that can be used to create a variety of digital media projects.  This includes:

  • Two professional DV systems using high performance Apple hardware and software for real-time audio/video editing, motion graphics, DVD authoring and more
  • Four desktop publishing workstations featuring Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium, a seven-color large-scale printer, and a four-color photo printer
  • Four web design workstations featuring Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium
  • Three Intel-based Macintosh workstations for testing web projects on both the Windows and Macintosh formats through Boot Camp
  • Two digital imaging systems with graphic design software and scanning capability

In addition, the Strosacker lab provides network-based storage for faculty and faculty-sponsored student projects as well as black-and-white and color printing. We also have a wealth of manuals, how-tos and and other reading on creating digital media and using digital media software.  The Strosacker Lab can be contacted directly at (989) 463-7420.
