What to Look For
As you can see below, there is a new "Move" part to the pages in the CMS. When you move a page up it will trade places with the one above it. When you move a page down it will trade places with the one below it.

Newer Pages at Top
By default when you create a new page it will appear at the top of the list. Of course you can change it. However, when the display order feature was first added, all pages were put in alphabetical order so that there would be no immediate change.
Pages No Longer Jump to the Top
As it was somewhat confusing to the users, we have changed the CMS so that the navigation for the current page no longer jumps to the top of the side bar navigation. Instead, it stays in the same place it was as determined by the order you set up in the CMS.
