Come to College Goal Sunday and Cash In!

What:

Get free, expert help filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

When:

Sunday, February 8, 2009 between 2-4 pm

Where:

Locations vary; to find one near you, visit www.MICollegeGoal.org

What to bring:

  • Yourself
  • A parent or legal guardian, if possible
  • Social Security numbers
  • Driver's licenses (if you have them) or alien registration cards (if you aren't a U.S. citizen)
  • 2005 federal tex returns, if 2006 returns aren't complete
  • 2006 untaxed income records - Social Security Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, welfare or veterans benefits records, investment or other income
To complete the FAFSA online at College Goal Sunday, request PINs at www.pin.ed.gov by January 24. Get one for yourself and one for your parents.

Extra incentives: They'll be giving away prizes like Barnes and Noble gift cards and extra scholarships at College Goal Sundays across the state!
