The Facilities and Service Management Dept. maintains a motor pool fleet with eight vehicles available for official college business. Reservations for a motor pool vehicle must be made by an official representative of the college and must include the dates needed, the budget code, destination and expected departure and arrival times. Reservations are by availability only. Vehicles include:
- 1 57-passenger bus at $2.60/mile ($50.00 minimum charge)
- 1 15-passenger vans at .64/mile ($15.00 minimum charge)
- 3 12-passenger van at .64/mile ($15.00 minimum charge)
- 1 7-passenger minivan at .54/mile ($10.00 minimum charge)
- 2 5-passenger sedans at .48/mile ($5.00 minimum charge)
- All college vehicles must be driven by approved drivers, with a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) run on each driver at least one week in advance of the departure date. College students may also be approved as drivers, pending a clear MVR driving record, and an official representative of the college must be in the vehicle or with the caravan of vehicles at all times.
