The Facility

Dunning Memorial Chapel seats 350 people in the nave. The center aisle is 50 feet long and there are 16 rows of pews on either side of the aisle. A ramp is provided on the west side of the building. Restrooms and dressing rooms are located on the lower level, which is accessible by stairs only. The building is not air conditioned but does have ceiling fans. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the Chapel.

Reserving the Chapel

All arrangements for reserving the chapel for weddings are made through Conference Services. These arrangements include checking dates, making special arrangements and paying fees.

Weddings in the Chapel are often scheduled 12 months in advance. To see what dates are available please contact Nichole Peak by phone (989) 463-7066 or e-mail peaknl@alma.edu.
