With the assistance of a faculty advisor, students may design their own area of concentration to meet specific educational or career goals. In recent years, students have graduated with POEs in such fields as arts management, archaeology and anthropology, personnel administration, and pre-gerontology. And Alma's academic preparation yields big results: Nearly 80 percent of our graduates typically enter graduate or professional schools or find employment in their field within six months of graduation.
